How to Make Your Quality of Life Better and Better

I'd like to share a story about a young lady's experience.

My daughter "was having some problems feeling left out and not part of her friends’ group so I told her to use mirror of the mind to create the relationships she would like to have. The next day after school, she greeted me full of excitement and said “it worked”. As soon as she got to school that morning, her friend (who has been ignoring her for several months) ran up to her with a big hug and included her in lots of activities. In PE that day she was asked by 2 different teams to join them in the beginning of picking their players (usually she is one of the last people to get picked). That was so exciting to see that it worked so easy for her and gives her a great foundation on the power of Silva.
Thank you."

What a delight! To know that there's a way to change life experiences for the better...for all concerned...is awesome. I'm thrilled to be part of relaying that information and more.

Better & Better every day in every way,
Barbara

Are You a Victim of Your DNA?

With an active interest in science, particularly biology, I've always read everything I could get my hands on about DNA.  In fact in college I considered a career in genetics.

Certainly we were taught that whatever our DNA legacy was we could, would and MUST fulfill it.  That perspective is almost a 'sentence', isn't it!

Take a few minutes to listen to this video with Dr. Lipton and Dr.Wayne Dyer.  It may be quite surprising to you.

"Philosopher's Notes" (Brian Johnson) Review of a Silva classic

Check out this 10 minute video review of "The Silva Mind Control Method of Mental Dynamics" by Burt Goldman and Jose Silva.  Really good!

Benefits of Meditation

Many people tell me they have no time to meditate, no time to "go to their level". Perhaps you believe you're too busy to take the time for meditation.

If you're busy busy busy, it may surprise you to know that when you take time for meditation

  • you get more accomplished in your day
  • your mental abilities are sharper

  • you're more relaxed

  • you get along with others more easily and work more effectively

  • you're more perceptive about what needs to be done and what others expect of you and

  • you feel a lot better - mentally and physically - than days when you leave meditation out.

Sounds like a good investment to me!

Remember: 3 times a day is best (soon after arising in the morning, after lunch, soon before going to bed. Even a few minutes is good and 15 minutes is an excellent use of your time.
